To make these mushroom pork chops, I started by spraying a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
I placed five boneless pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of the dish.
Then I placed some sliced onions on top of the pork chops.
I sprinkled some sliced mushrooms on top of the onions.
I poured a can of cream of mushroom soup into a mixing bowl.
I added some sour cream to the bowl.
I also added some pork gravy mix to the bowl.
I stirred the ingredients together well.
I spooned the mixture over the pork chops in the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked the pork chops until the reached an internal temperature of 145F.
I removed the dish from the oven and allowed the pork chops to rest for a few minutes.
Then the creamy mushroom pork chops were ready to serve.
I served mine with some mashed potatoes.
