Sloppy Joe Sliders are tasty mini sandwiches made with dinner rolls and loaded with ground beef tossed in sloppy joe sauce and baked with cheese.
These mini sloppy joes are sure to be a hit with the whole family.
This slider recipe takes about forty-five minutes from start to finish and produces 12 small sandwiches.

To make these sloppy joes, I started by adding some lean ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat along with a dab of olive oil.
I crumbled the ground beef well as it cooked.
I added some diced yellow onions to the skillet.
I stirred the diced onions and ground beef together well.
Once the ground beef was fully cooked, I reduced the heat to medium-low and drained the grease from the pan.
Then I added some ketchup to the skillet.
I also added some Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder and onions powder to the skillet.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well making sure all of the meat was coated in sauce.
Then I took a pack of 12 dinner rolls and sliced them open.
I placed the bottom buns on a parchment lined baking sheet.
I spooned the ground beef mixture evenly over the buns.
Then I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meat.
I placed the top buns over the cheese.
Then I melted some butter in the microwave.
I brushed the melted butter on top of the dinner rolls.
I sprinkled some Italian seasoning on top of the dinner rolls.
Then I covered the sliders with aluminum foil.
I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked the sliders until the cheese was completely melted and the buns were nicely toasted.
Then I removed the pan from the oven and lifted the foil off the sliders.
Then the cheesy sliders were ready to pull apart and serve.

- Slice the dinner rolls open and place the bottoms of the buns on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto the buns and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the ground beef.
- Place the tops of the buns over the cheese.
- Brush the melted butter on the tops of the buns.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning on top of the buns.
- Cover the sliders with aluminum foil.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the cheese is fully melted and the buns are nicely toasted. 17 – 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and serve the sliders immediately.
