To make this macaroni and cheese, I started by cooking some macaroni noodles according to the directions on the package.

When the noodles were done cooking I drained them and set them aside.

I added some evaporated milk and heavy cream to the bowl.

Then I added some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.

I whisked all of the ingredients together well.

Then I added the cooked macaroni noodles to the bowl.

I stirred well.

Then I chopped some Velveeta cheese into small cubes.

I added the cubes of Velveeta to the mixing bowl along with some shredded Monterey jack and cheddar.

I stirred well again.

Then I poured the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I sprinkled some more shredded Monterey jack and cheddar on top.

Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked the mac and cheese until it was bubbling and the cheese on top was nicely browned.

  • 0.5 lb Velveeta

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to directions on the package.
  3. Drain and set aside.

  5. Whisk all of the ingredients together well.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni to the mixing bowl and stir well.
  7. Cut the Velveeta into small cubes and add the cubes to the mixing bowl.
  8. Add 3 cups of the shredded cheese blend to the mixing bowl.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Dump the macaroni mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  11. Sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded cheese on top.
  12. Place the dish in the oven and bake until the mac and cheese is bubbling and the cheese on top is nicely browned. 44-48 minutes.
  13. Remove the dish from the oven and allow the mac and cheese to sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
