To make this BLT pasta salad, I started by cooking some bowtie pasta according to the directions on the pasta.
Then I drained the pasta and rinsed it well with cold water to cool it down.
While the pasta was cooking I chopped up some bacon.
Then I added the bacon to a non stick skillet over medium heat.
I left the bacon to cook, stirring occasionally, until it was nicely browned.
Then I used a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked bacon pieces to a paper towel lined plate.
I transferred the cooled down pasta to a large mixing bowl.
Then I halved some grape tomatoes and chopped some red onions and romaine lettuce.
I added the grape tomatoes, red onions and romaine lettuce to the mixing bowl.
I also added the cooked bacon pieces and some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
Then I added some mayo and ranch dressing to the bowl.
I stirred until all of the ingredients were coated in the dressing.
Then the bacon and tomato pasta salad was ready to serve.
This pasta salad can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator.
