To make this pasta salad, I started by cooking some orzo noodles according to the directions on the package.
Then I drained and rinsed the noodles with cold water until they were cooled down.
I seeded and then diced some fresh tomatoes.
Then I dumped the diced tomatoes into a large mixing bowl.
I added some diced red onions to the bowl.
I also added some garlic puree and basil pesto to the bowl.
I added some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Then I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
I left the tomatoes to sit and absorb the flavours for ten minutes.
Then I added the cooked orzo noodles to the bowl.
I stirred well.
I chopped some fresh basil and added it to the bowl.
I stirred the chopped basil into the salad.
Then I added some feta cheese to the bowl.
I stirred the feta cheese into the salad.
