 STEP 1: 

To make these cheddar bacon ranch sliders, I started by dumping some shredded rotisserie chicken into a mixing bowl.

I added some ranch dressing to the bowl.

I stirred until all of the chicken was coated in dressing.

I sliced twelve dinner rolls in half horizontally.

I placed the bottom buns on a baking sheet.

I scooped the chicken mixture onto the buns and spread it out evenly.

 STEP 4: 

I placed cheddar cheese slices on top of the chicken.

I sprinkled crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.

 STEP 5: 

Then I sprinkled some chopped chives over the bacon.

I placed the tops of the buns over everything.

 STEP 6: 

Then I melted some butter in the microwave.

I added some onion powder, garlic powder and dill weed to the bowl with the butter.

 STEP 7: 

I stirred well.

Then I brushed the butter and seasoning mixture on top of the buns.

I covered the sliders with aluminum foil.

Then I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked until the cheese was completely melted and the buns were browning on top.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Dump the chicken and ranch dressing into a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir until all of the chicken is coated in the dressing.
  4. Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally.
  5. Place the bottoms of the rolls on a baking sheet.
  6. Spoon the chicken mixture on to the buns and spread it out evenly.
  7. Place the slices of cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chopped chives on top.
  9. Place the top buns on the sandwiches.
  10. Add the onion powder, garlic powder and dill weed to a small bowl with the melted butter and stir well.
  11. Brush the seasoned butter on top of the buns.
  12. Cover the sliders with foil.
  13. Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is fully melted and the buns are nicely browned. 17-20 minutes.
  14. Serve and enjoy!
