Then I scooped the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate and spread it out evenly.

I dumped some Biquick mix into a mixing bowl.

Then I added some milk and an egg to the bowl.

I whisked all of the ingredients together until no chunks remained.

Then I poured the batter over the chicken mixture in the pie plate.

I placed the pie plate in the oven and baked the chicken pot pie until the top was nicely browned.
