To make this Ritz chicken casserole, I started by dumping some condensed cream of chicken soup into a large mixing bowl.

I added some sour cream to the bowl.

I chopped some green onions and added them to the bowl as well.

Then I added some salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the bowl.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

Then I added some shredded chicken and drained canned corn to the bowl.

I stirred until all of the chicken and corn were coated in the sauce mixture.

Then I dumped the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I crumbled two sleeves of Ritz crackers and then dumped them into a mixing bowl.

I added some melted butter to the bowl with the crumbled crackers.

I mixed the crackers and melted butter together.

Then I sprinkled the crackers on top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish.

I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole until it was bubbling and the crackers were starting to brown slightly.

  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8.75 oz canned corn, drained
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How to Make Ritz Chicken Casserole:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Dump the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir all of the ingredients together well.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and drained canned corn to the bowl.
  5. Stir until all of the chicken is coated in the sauce mixture.
  6. Dump the chicken mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. Crumble the Ritz crackers and dump them into a mixing bowl.
  8. Add the melted butter to the bowl with the crackers and stir well.
  9. Sprinkle the cracker crumbs on top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
