To make this cheesy chicken, I started by placing some boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of my Crock Pot.
I added some cubed cream cheese to the pot.
I poured ranch dressing over everything.
I gently stirred the ingredients around.
I placed the lid on the pot and set it to cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
When there was about 30 minutes of cooking time remaining, I removed the chicken breasts from the pot.
I used two forks to shredded the chicken well.
I returned the shredded chicken to the Crock Pot and stirred the chicken and sauce together.
I sprinkled shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
I returned the lid to the pot and left the mixture to continue cooking until the cheese on top was fully melted.
I sprinkled some chopped green onions on top.
Then the cheddar ranch chicken was ready to serve.
I scooped my creamy crack chicken over some cooked white rice.
