To make this lemon cake mix cobbler, I started by spraying the inside of my Crock Pot well with cooking spray.
I sliced 1/2 cup of butter into ten squares.
I poured some frozen blueberries into the Crock Pot.
I added some water to the Crock Pot.
I also added half of a packet of instant lemon pudding mix and some granulated sugar to the pot.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
I poured the box of lemon cake mix evenly over the top of the blueberry mixture.
I placed the squares of butter on top of the cake mix, spacing them out as evenly as possible.
I placed the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to HIGH.
I left the cobbler to cook until is was bubbling and the entire top was lightly browned.
I removed the lid, turned off the Crock Pot and left the cobbler to cool slightly.
I scooped the cobbler while it was still warm.
