To make this cherry cobbler, I started by dumping two cans of cherry pie filling into a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.

I stirred the cookie mix and butter together well.

I spooned the mixture over the cherry pie filling in the baking dish.

I placed the dish in the oven and baked the cobbler until the topping was golden brown.

  • ½ cup butter, melted
