To make this cobbler, I started by cutting some fresh strawberries into quarters.
Then I dumped the quartered strawberries into a mixing bowl.
I added some granulated sugar and corn starch to the bowl.
I stirred until the strawberries were well coated in the sugar and corn starch and then set the bowl aside.
I dumped some all purpose flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
I added some salt and granulated sugar to the bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together.
Then I added some melted butter to the bowl.
I also added some milk and vanilla extract to the bowl.
I whisked until a smooth batter formed.
I sprayed a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
I poured the batter into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Then I spooned the strawberries over the batter.
I placed the baking dish in the oven and baked the cobbler until it was golden brown on top.
I removed the dish from the oven and left the cobbler to cool slightly.
Then I scooped and served the cobbler.
I like to serve my cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I changed it a little bit. I used a yellow cake mix. Instead of flour salt etc…. The only thing I mixed with the cake mix was the baking powder, vanilla and milk. I melted th butter and drizzled it over everything. We will see how it turns out😏
