To make this peach crumble, I started by dumping some drained canned peach slices into a large mixing bowl.
I added some brown sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch to the bowl with the peaches.
I stirred until all of the peaches were coated in the brown sugar and cornstarch mixture.
I dumped the peaches into a greased eight inch square baking dish and spread them out evenly.
Then I dumped some all purpose flour, quick oats, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon into a mixing bowl.
I added some melted butter to the bowl.
I used a fork to stir all of the ingredients together until a crumbly mixture formed.
Then I added some lemon zest, lime zest, lemon juice and lime juice to the bowl.
I stirred the mixture well with the fork again.
Then I sprinkled the crumbly mixture on top of the peaches in the baking dish.
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the dessert until it was bubbling and the crumble mixture was nicely browned.
I removed the dish from the oven and left it to cool slightly before serving.
