To make this hamburger casserole, I started by dumping two pounds of lean ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat.
I crumbled the ground beef well as it cooked.
Once the ground beef was fully cooked, I added some diced onions and diced green peppers to the skillet.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
I cooked the onions and peppers for a few minutes.
Then I drained the grease from the pan.
I added some salt, pepper and garlic powder to the pan.
I stirred well.
Then I added a can of cheddar soup and a can of cream of mushroom soup to the skillet.
I stirred until all of the ground beef was coated in the soup.
I sprayed a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
I dumped the ground beef mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Then I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the meat mixture.
I placed some frozen crinkle cut fries on top of the ground beef mixture.
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole for 55 minutes.
After 55 minutes I removed the dish from the oven.
I sprinkled some seasoned salt and parsley over the fries.
I returned the dish to the oven under the broiler for a few minutes to brown up the fries.
Then I removed the dish from the oven and left the casserole to rest for a few minutes.
After a few minutes the casserole was ready to slice and serve.

- Add the cheddar soup and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet and stir until all of the ground beef is coated in soup.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
- Dump the ground beef mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the ground beef.
- Place the frozen fries on top of the the cheese.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 55 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the seasoned salt and parsley over the fries.
- Return the dish to the oven under the broiler for a few minutes just to brown up the fries.
- Remove the dish from the oven and leave the casserole to rest for a few minutes.
