I stirred and continued cooking for a couple minutes.

I added some instant rice to the skillet.

Then I added some condensed cheddar cheese soup to the skillet.

I added some milk and a packet of ranch dressing mix.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

Then I added some shredded Mexican cheese blend, chopped green onions and approximately two thirds of the cooked bacon pieces to the skillet.

I stirred until all of the ingredients were well combined.

I sprayed a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.

I poured the mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I covered the baking dish with aluminum foil.

I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole, covered, for forty minutes.

After forty minutes, I removed the dish from the oven and removed the foil.

I sprinkled some shredded Mexican cheese blend on top.

I also sprinkled the remaining cooked bacon pieces on top.

I returned the dish to the oven and continued baking until the casserole was bubbling and the cheese on top was completely melted.
