I stirred until all of the ground beef was coated in the sauce.

I removed the skillet from the heat.

Then I added the blanched broccoli florets to the skillet.

I stirred well.

I added some shredded mozzarella and some shredded cheddar to the skillet.

I stirred until all of the ingredients were well combined.

I greased a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.

I dumped the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I placed the casserole in the oven and baked it until it was bubbly and just starting to brown on top.

I removed the dish from the oven and allowed the casserole to rest for a few minutes.
