I dumped some condensed cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese into a mixing bowl.

I stirred until all of the ingredients were well combined.

I greased a 9 x 9 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.

I spread half of the cooked zucchini evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
