I mixed all of the ingredient together well, breaking apart the artichoke hearts as I stirred.

I added some shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese to the bowl.

I stirred well again.

I sprayed a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.

I poured the green bean mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I crushed a sleeve of Ritz crackers.

I sprinkled the Ritz cracker crumbs over the green bean mixture.

I covered the dish with aluminum foil.

I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole covered for thirty minutes.

After thirty minutes I removed the foil.

I continued baking the casserole uncovered until it was bubbling and the Ritz cracker topping was nicely browned.
