To make this Instant Pot broccoli, I started by cutting two large crowns of broccoli into medium sized florets.

Then I placed a trivet in my Instant Pot and poured in half a cup of water.

I piled all of the broccoli florets on top of the trivet.

Then I placed the lid on the Instant Pot, turned the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on HIGH for 0 minutes.

Once the Instant Pot was done pressure cooking, I immediately turned the steam release handle to the venting position and performed a quick release.

Then I removed the lid from the Instant Pot.

I transferred the cooked broccoli to a mixing bowl.

I drizzled the broccoli with olive oil and then sprinkled on some salt and pepper.

I gently tossed the broccoli to better coat it in the olive oil and seasoning.
