To make this no bake Oreo pie, I started by pouring some instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk into a large mixing bowl.

I used an electric mixer to whip the milk and pudding mix together until the mixture was nice and thick.

Then I placed 10 Oreo cookies into a Ziploc bag and crushed them with a heavy bottomed pot.

I dumped the crushed Oreo cookies into the bowl with the pudding mixture.

Then I poured some white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl.

I microwaved the chocolate chips on high for one minute and then stirred them.

Then I microwaved them for another 30 seconds and stirred them until they were fully melted.

I poured the melted chocolate into the mixing bowl with the pudding mixture and crumbled Oreos.

I continued mixing with the electric mixer until all of the ingredients were fully combined.

Then I added some Cool Whip to the bowl.

I used a rubber spatula to fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.

Then I scooped the mixture into an Oreo pie crust and spread it out evenly.

I spread some more Cool Whip on top.

Then I placed 5 Oreo cookies into the Ziploc bag and crumbled them by hand because I wanted bigger pieces for the top of the pie.

I sprinkled the Oreo pieces on top of the pie.

Then I placed the pie in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set before slicing and serving.

Ingredients

Pie

  • 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk, cold
  • 10 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 Oreo pie crust

Topping

  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 5 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Pour pudding mix and milk into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whip pudding mix and milk together with an electric mixer until mixture is nice and thick.
  3. Place 10 Oreo cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush them with a heavy bottomed pot.
  4. Add the crushed Oreos to the mixing bowl.
  5. Pour the white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl.
  6. Microwave the white chocolate chips on high for one minute and stir well.
  7. If the chips are not completely melted microwave on high for another 30 seconds and stir well again. Repeat this step until chocolate is completely melted.
  8. Pour the melted chocolate into the mixing bowl with the pudding and crumbled Oreos.
  9. Mix with electric mixer until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  10. Add 1 cup of Cool Whip to the bowl.
  11. Use a rubber spatula to fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.
  12. Scoop the mixture into the pie crust and spread it out evenly,
  13. Spread 1 cup of Cool Whip on top of the pudding mixture.
  14. Place 5 Oreo cookies in a Ziploc bag and crumble them with your hands. You want bigger pieces of cookie for the topping than was used for the filling.
  15. Sprinkle the Oreo pieces on top of the Cool Whip.
  16. Place the pie in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours before slicing.
  17. Serve and enjoy!
