To make this no bake Oreo pie, I started by pouring some instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk into a large mixing bowl.
I used an electric mixer to whip the milk and pudding mix together until the mixture was nice and thick.
Then I placed 10 Oreo cookies into a Ziploc bag and crushed them with a heavy bottomed pot.
I dumped the crushed Oreo cookies into the bowl with the pudding mixture.
Then I poured some white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl.
I microwaved the chocolate chips on high for one minute and then stirred them.
Then I microwaved them for another 30 seconds and stirred them until they were fully melted.
I poured the melted chocolate into the mixing bowl with the pudding mixture and crumbled Oreos.
I continued mixing with the electric mixer until all of the ingredients were fully combined.
Then I added some Cool Whip to the bowl.
I used a rubber spatula to fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.
Then I scooped the mixture into an Oreo pie crust and spread it out evenly.
I spread some more Cool Whip on top.
Then I placed 5 Oreo cookies into the Ziploc bag and crumbled them by hand because I wanted bigger pieces for the top of the pie.
I sprinkled the Oreo pieces on top of the pie.
Then I placed the pie in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set before slicing and serving.
This delicious Oreo pudding pie is smooth and creamy.
