To make these spaghetti tacos, I started by breaking some spaghetti noodles in half and then cooking them according to the directions on the package.
Once the spaghetti was cooked, I drained the pasta.
Then I dumped a pound of lean ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
I crumbled the ground beef well as it cooked.
Once the ground beef was fully cooked, I drained the grease from the pan.
Then I added some water and a packet of taco seasoning to the pan.
I stirred until all of the meat was coated in taco seasoning and then reduced the heat to low.
I added some tomato sauce to the pan.
I stirred well.
I added the cooked spaghetti to the pan.
I stirred until all of the spaghetti was coated in sauce.
Then I added a drained can of Rotel to the pan.
I stirred well again and removed the pan from the heat.
Then I added some Mexican shredded cheese blend to the pan.
I stirred the cheese into the spaghetti.
Then I placed ten stand and stuff taco shells into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
I scooped the spaghetti mixture into the taco shells.
Then I sprinkled some more shredded cheese on top.
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the tacos until the cheese on top was melted.
I removed the tacos from the oven.
I served the spaghetti tacos immediately.

- Place the taco shells in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Scoop the spaghetti mixture into the taco shells.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on top.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake the tacos until the cheese on top is completely melted. 4-6 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and serve the tacos immediately.
