To make this breakfast casserole, I started by dumping a pound of pork sausage meat into a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
I crumbled the sausage meat well as it cooked.
I added some diced onions to the pan with the sausage meat while it was cooking.
I stirred the diced onions into the sausage meat.
Once the sausage meat was completely cooked, I added some chopped honey ham and crumbled bacon to the pan.
I stirred well again.
Then I dumped the meat mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the meat.
Then I cracked some eggs into a medium mixing bowl.
I beat the eggs well.
Then I added some heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together well.
Then I poured the egg mixture on top of the meat in the baking dish.
I placed some frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the casserole.
Then I placed the dish in the oven oven and baked the casserole for thirty-five minutes.
After thirty-five minutes I removed the dish from the oven.
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the tater tots.
Then I sprinkled some crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
I returned the dish to the oven and continued baking the casserole just until the cheese on top was completely melted.
I removed the casserole from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Crack the eggs into a medium mixing bowl and beat well.
