To make these chicken crescent rolls, I started by dumping some shredded rotisserie chicken into a large mixing bowl.
Then I added some diced red onion and shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend to the bowl.
I also poured in some Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce.
Then I stirred until all of the ingredients were fully combined and coated in barbecue sauce.
I opened two packages of Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls and lay the dough triangles out on the counter.
Then I spooned the chicken mixture onto the dough triangles and spread it out to cover the entire triangle except for an inch of the tip.
I gently rolled up the crescents and placed them on a non stick baking sheet.
Then I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked the crescent rolls until they were just starting to brown on top.
I removed the pan from the oven and left the crescent rolls to sit for a couple minutes.
Then I used a spatula to lift the crescent rolls off the pan.
These barbecue chicken roll ups are packed with flavour.
