To make these chocolate brownie cookies, I started by dumping some eggs and softened butter into a large mixing bowl.
I used an electric mixer to combine the eggs and butter until no large chunks remained.
Then I added a box of brownie mix and some all purpose flour to the bowl.
I continued mixing with the electric mixer until a sticky dough formed.
Then I added some semi sweet chocolate chips to the bowl.
I stirred the chocolate chips into the dough.
Then I used a two and a half tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
I made sure the dough balls were at least two inches apart.
Then I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked the cookies for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes I removed the baking sheet from the oven and left the cookies to cool on the pan.
Once the cookies had cooled they were ready to serve.
The fudgy cookies with a gooey center are sure to be a crowd pleaser.
