I added some yellow mustard, ketchup, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well and allowed the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.

I added the cooked rotini noodles to the pot.

I poured the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole until the cheese on top was fully melted and starting to brown.

I removed the casserole from the oven and allowed it to rest for a few minutes.
