To make this chicken divan, I started by placing some precooked chopped chicken and some broccoli florets into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
I sprinkled some shredded cheese on top of the chicken and broccoli.
I dumped some condensed cream of chicken soup and cheddar soup into a mixing bowl.
I also added some milk, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together well.
Then I spooned the mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the baking dish.
I sprinkled some more shredded cheese on top.
I combined some Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and melted butter in a small bowl.
I sprinkled the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole until the breadcrumbs were nicely browned.
I removed the casserole from the oven.
Then the chicken divan was ready to scoop and serve.

- 1 (10.5oz) Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- ½ Cup Milk (I used whole milk, but reduced fat is also ok)
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Cup Italian-Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter, unsalted
How to Make Chicken Divan:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place cooked chicken and broccoli in 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with 1 cup of cheese.
- In a small mixing bowl combine soups, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire. Mix well.
- Spoon soup mixture evenly over chicken and broccoli in baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Use a fork to mix breadcrumbs and butter together.
- Sprinkle mixture over entire dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden.
- Serve on its own or over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
