To make this casserole, I started by dumping a can of cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup into a large mixing bowl.

I stirred the soups together well.

I dumped the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Then I dumped some seasoned bread crumbs into a mixing bowl.

I added some grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning to the bowl.

I stirred the ingredients together well.

Then I sprinkled the bread crumb mixture over the chicken and rice mixture in the baking dish.

I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole until it was bubbling and the bread crumb mixture was nicely browned.
