To make this chicken tetrazzini, I started by cooking some spaghetti noodles according to the directions on the package.
Then I drained the noodles.
I dumped some condensed cream of mushroom soup and condensed cream of chicken into a large mixing bowl.
Then I added some heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Then I added the cooked spaghetti to the bowl.
I stirred until all of the noodles were coated in the soup mixture.
Then I added some shredded chicken and Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
I stirred well again.
Then I dumped the spaghetti into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Then I sprinkled some Parmesan cheese and chopped chives on top of the mozzarella.
I covered the dish with aluminum foil and placed it in the oven.
I baked the pasta, covered, for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes I removed the foil and continued baking the pasta until the cheese was completely melted and just starting to brown around the edges of the pan.
I removed the baking dish from the oven and left the pasta to sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
