To make this crescent roll casserole, I started by spraying a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
Then I opened two cans of Pillsbury crescent rolls.
I rolled the triangles of dough into crescents and placed them in the baking dish.
I only used fifteen out of the sixteen crescents so that I could have three rows of five.
I cracked eight eggs into a large mixing bowl.
Then I added a can of cream of bacon soup and some milk to the bowl with the eggs.
I whisked the ingredients together until all of the eggs were well beaten.
I added some cooked, crumbled bacon and chopped ham to the bowl.
I also added some chopped green onions, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together well.
I poured the egg mixture over the crescent rolls in the baking dish.
I placed the baking dish in the oven and baked the casserole until the crescents were nicely browned on top and the egg mixture was set all the way to the middle.
I removed the dish from the oven and allowed the casserole to sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
This easy casserole has all your favourite breakfast foods in one dish.
