To make this pizza, I started by generously spraying a baking sheet with cooking spray.

I unrolled a can of Pillsbury crescent roll dough.

I used my fingers to press together all of the seams in the dough.

Then I spread pizza sauce over all of the dough, leaving about half an inch uncovered all around the edges.

Then I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

I placed pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

Then I sprinkled some diced green peppers on top of the pizza.

I also sprinkled some Italian seasoning over the entire pizza including the crust.

Then I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked the pizza until the edges were golden brown.

I removed the baking sheet from the oven and let the pizza sit for a couple minutes.

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This Crescent Roll Pizza:

  • 8 oz crescent roll dough
  • 2/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup diced green peppers
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

How to Make Crescent Roll Pizza:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F for a dark non stick pan or 375F for a shiny pan.
  2. Spray the baking sheet well with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough on the baking sheet.
  4. If the dough has seams, press them together with your fingers to seal them.
  5. Spread the pizza dough over the dough leaving about 1/2 inch free around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the sauce.
  7. Place the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle the diced green peppers on top of the pizza.
  9. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the whole pizza including the crust.
  10. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the crust is nicely browned. 14 – 16 minutes.
  11. Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to sit for a couple minutes before slicing and serving.
