To make this 2 ingredient fudge, I started by lining an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

I dumped some Betty Crocker Creamy Chocolate Frosting into a microwave safe bowl.

Then I added some semi-sweet chocolate chips to the bowl.

Then I microwaved the ingredients on High for one minute.

I removed the bowl from the microwave and stirred the frosting and chocolate chips together well. 

Then chocolate chips did not melt completely, so I returned the bowl to the microwave.

I microwaved the ingredients on High for an additional thirty seconds.

Then I stirred well again until the chocolate chips melted completely.

I poured the chocolate mixture into the parchment lined baking pan and spread it out evenly.

Then I placed the pan in the refrigerator and left the fudge to set for two hours before slicing.

After two hours I used the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan.

  • 16 oz creamy chocolate frosting
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Dump the frosting and chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Microwave on High for one minute.
  4. Stir well.
  5. If the chocolate chips do not melt completely, microwave on High for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Stir until the chocolate chips are completely melted.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the parchment lined baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  8. Place the pan in the refrigerator and leave the fudge to set for 2 hours.
  9. After 2 hours use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan.
  10. Slice the fudge into 36 pieces.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
