I stirred and cooked the vegetables until they were slightly tender.

I returned the cooked turkey to the skillet along with some minced garlic and grated ginger.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well and reduced the heat to medium.

I poured some soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, water, cornstarch and red pepper flakes into a small bowl.

I whisked all of the ingredients together well until no lumps of cornstarch remained.

I poured the sauce into the skillet.

I stirred well and continued cooking for a couple minutes to thicken the sauce.
