Step by Step Instructions for Making 3 Ingredient Crock Pot Pork Chops
STEP 1:
To make these slow cooker pork chops, I started by spraying the inside of my crock pot well with cooking spray.
Then I placed eight pork chops in the crock pot.
My pork chops were boneless and approximately one inch thick.
STEP 2:
I poured 2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup over the pork chops.
Then I sprinkled a packet of ranch dressing mix over the cream of mushroom soup.
STEP 3:
I placed the lid on the crock pot and set it to cook on LOW.
I cooked my pork chops for 6 hours.
The cooking time will vary depending on your slow cooker model and the thickness of your pork chops.
After 6 hours, I carefully lifted the pork chops out of the crock pot because they were very tender and I didn’t want them to fall apart.
I served my pork chops with mashed potatoes and spooned the creamy mushroom gravy over them.
These simple pork chops are full of flavour.

What should I serve with Crock Pot Pork Chops?
Crock Pot Pork Chops can be served with a variety of delicious side dishes to create a balanced and satisfying meal. Here are some ideas:
- Mashed Potatoes: Creamy mashed potatoes complement the tender pork chops well. You can make classic mashed potatoes or try variations like garlic mashed potatoes or sweet potato mash.
- Roasted Vegetables: Roasting vegetables such as carrots, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, or asparagus adds a flavorful and nutritious element to your meal. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast them in the oven until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Rice or Quinoa: Serve the pork chops over a bed of fluffy white rice, brown rice, or quinoa. These grains provide a neutral base that absorbs the flavors of the dish.
- Salad: A fresh salad can provide a refreshing contrast to the rich flavors of the pork chops. Consider a green salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a tangy vinaigrette dressing.
- Baked Potatoes: Baked potatoes are a classic side dish that goes well with pork chops. Serve them with your favorite toppings like sour cream, chives, cheese, or bacon bits.

Yum. This is really simple and good. I made one serving and my chop was so tender that it fell apart while cooking. Fork tender and good. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
