Ingredients You'll Need to Make This Crock Pot Stuffing:

  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 (14.5-ounce) cans of chicken broth, divided
  • 2 (12-ounce) packages of bread stuffing cubes

How to Make Crock Pot Stuffing:

  1. Add the butter, celery and onion to the Crock Pot.
  2. Cook on LOW for about 20-30 minutes, or until the butter has melted and the veggies have started to soften.
  3. Next, add the remaining ingredients to the crockpot, stirring gently to combine (I only add one can of chicken broth to start that way it doesn’t get too soggy, but I can still add more if necessary).

  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can make this and cover and refrigerate it overnight before cooking it if making ahead of time. It may need an additional 30 minutes or so to make sure it is heated through; I like to check it and stir throughout cooking to help speed things up and heat it up faster when I’ve done this.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of broth you use depending on how wet you like your stuffing.
