To make this casserole, I started by dumping some condensed cream of chicken soup into a large mixing bowl.
I added some sour cream to the bowl.
I also added some ranch dressing mix, salt and pepper to the bowl.
Then I added some chopped green onions, crumbled bacon and roasted red peppers to the bowl.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
Then I added some shredded rotisserie chicken to the bowl.
I also added some shredded hashbrown potatoes to the bowl.
Then I added some shredded cheddar cheese.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
I sprayed a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
I dumped the mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole for fifty minutes.
After fifty minutes I removed the dish from the oven.
I sprinkled some shredded cheddar cheese, roasted red pepper, crumbled bacon and chopped green onions on top.
Then I returned the casserole to the oven.
I continued baking just until the cheese was completely melted.
Then I removed the dish from the oven and allowed the casserole to rest for a few minutes.
Then the hashbrown casserole was ready to slice and serve.

- Preheat oven to 375F.

- Stir all of the ingredients together well.
- Add the shredded chicken, hashbrown potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
- Stir until all of the ingredients are well combined.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
