To make these cookie dough bites, I started by dumping some all purpose flour onto a baking sheet and spreading it out evenly.

I placed the baking sheet in a preheated 350F oven and heated the flour for 5 minutes to kill an bacteria.

Then I removed the baking sheet from the oven and set it aside to allow the flour to cool.

I dumped some softened butter, light brown sugar and salt into a large mixing bowl.

I used an electric mixer to cream the ingredients together until smooth.

Then I added some heavy cream and vanilla extract to the bowl.

I continued mixing with the electric mixer until smooth.

Then I added the cooled off flour to the bowl.

I used the electric mixer to incorporate the flour into the butter and sugar mixture.

Then I added some mini semi sweet chocolate chips to the bowl.

I used a rubber spatula to stir the chocolate chips into the cookie dough.

Then I scooped the dough by the teaspoon and rolled it into balls.

I placed the cookie dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet.

I placed the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chilled the balls for twenty minutes.

Then I served the cookie dough bites.
