To make this cream cheese spaghetti, I started by dumping some water into my Instant Pot.

Then I broke 1 lb of spaghetti noodles into thirds so that they would fit into the pot well.

I sprinkled the broken spaghetti noodles into the Instant Pot at all different angles so that they would not stick together while cooking.

Then I poured some heavy cream into the pot.

I added some condensed cream of bacon soup and chive and onion cream cheese to the pot.

Then I add some salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.

I placed the lid on the pot, turned the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 3 minutes.

When the Instant Pot was done cooking, I immediately turned the steam release handle to the venting position and performed a quick release.

Then I removed the lid.

I stirred the contents well.

Then I add some chopped chives and crumbled bacon to the pot.

I stirred well again.

Then I added some heavy cream and shredded Italian cheese blend.

I stirred until the cheese was melted.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of bacon soup
  • 7.5 oz Philadelphia chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 cup real bacon bits
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

  5. Dump the cream of bacon soup and cream cheese into the Instant Pot.
  6. Add the salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the pot.
  7. Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 3 minutes.
  8. When the Instant Pot is done cooking, immediately turn the steam release handle to the venting position and perform a quick release.
  9. Remove the lid and stir the contents well.
  10. Add the chives and bacon bits to the pot. Stir well.
  11. Add the remaining cup of heavy cream and the shredded cheese to the pot.
  12. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
