To make this cream cheese spaghetti, I started by dumping some water into my Instant Pot.
Then I broke 1 lb of spaghetti noodles into thirds so that they would fit into the pot well.
I sprinkled the broken spaghetti noodles into the Instant Pot at all different angles so that they would not stick together while cooking.
Then I poured some heavy cream into the pot.
I added some condensed cream of bacon soup and chive and onion cream cheese to the pot.
Then I add some salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
I placed the lid on the pot, turned the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 3 minutes.
When the Instant Pot was done cooking, I immediately turned the steam release handle to the venting position and performed a quick release.
Then I removed the lid.
I stirred the contents well.
Then I add some chopped chives and crumbled bacon to the pot.
I stirred well again.
Then I added some heavy cream and shredded Italian cheese blend.
I stirred until the cheese was melted.
Then the cheesy spaghetti was ready to serve.
