To make this Mexican spaghetti, I started by cooking some spaghetti according to the directions on the package and then draining it.
While the spaghetti was cooking, I dumped some lean ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
I added some diced yellow onions to the pan with the ground beef.
I crumbled the ground beef well as it cooked.
When the ground beef was fully cooked, I drained the grease from the pan.
I reduced the heat to medium-low and added some diced green peppers and diced red peppers to the pan.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
Then I added a can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies to the pan.
I stirred well again.
Then I added a packet of taco seasoning to the pan.
I stirred until all of the ground beef was coated in the taco seasoning.
Then I added some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the pan.
I stirred well.
Then I added some tomato sauce to the pan.
I stirred until all of the ingredients were fully combined.
Then I added the cooked spaghetti to the pan.
I stirred until all of the spaghetti was coated in the sauce.
Then I left the dish to cook for few minutes.
After a few minutes, I removed the pan from the heat and added some shredded Mexican cheese blend to the pan.
I stirred just until the cheese was melted.
Then the flavourful spaghetti was ready to serve.
This ground beef spaghetti has a bit of a kick but is not overly spicy.
