To make these peanut butter balls, I started by dumping some smooth peanut butter into a large mixing bowl.

I added some honey and vanilla extract to the bowl.

I used an electric mixer to cream all of the ingredients together.

Then I added some powdered milk and brown sugar to the bowl.

I continued mixing with the electric mixer until all of the ingredients were fully combined.

Then I covered the mixture with plastic wrap and placed the bowl in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

After thirty minutes I removed the bowl from the refrigerator.

I lined a baking sheet with parchment paper.

I rolled the peanut butter mixture into one inch balls and placed them on the parchment lined baking sheet.

I rolled my peanut butter balls in sprinkles, shredded coconut and crumbled corn flakes to have a variety of options.

Then I placed the baking sheet in the refrigerator for thirty minutes to firm up the peanut butter balls.
