To make this dessert, I started by dumping some Oreo cookies into my food processor.
I used the food processor to grind the Oreos into fine crumbs.
Then I transferred the Oreo crumbs into a mixing bowl.
I added some melted butter to the bowl with the Oreo crumbs.
I used a fork to stir the crumbs and melted butter together well.
Then I sprayed a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray.
I pressed the Oreo crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate to form a crust.
Then I placed the pie plate in the refrigerator and left the crust to set for thirty minutes.
While the crust was in the fridge, I started to prepare the filling.
I dumped some softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl.
I added some brown sugar to the bowl.
I also added some dulce de leche to the bowl.
Then I used an electric mixer to cream the ingredients together until smooth.
I added some Cool Whip to the bowl.
Then I used a rubber spatula to fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Once the pie crust had chilled for 30 minutes, I removed it from the refrigerator.
Then I scooped the cream cheese mixture into the crust and spread it out evenly.
I sprinkled some chopped pecans on top.
Then I heated some dulce de leche in the microwave.
I drizzled it over the pecans.
I placed some milk chocolate squares in a microwave safe bowl.
I added some milk to the bowl.
