To make this pasta recipe, I started by pouring some milk and water into a large pot on the stove over medium-high heat.
I added some condensed cream of chicken soup and a brick of cream cheese to the pot.
Then I added some Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the pot.
I stirred well.
Then I added some salt, pepper and garlic powder to the pot.
I stirred well again.
I broke up the chunks of cream cheese as I stirred.
Once the mixture started to boil, I added some uncooked penne noodles to the pot.
I stirred until all of the noodles were coated in the sauce.
Then I reduced the heat to medium-low.
I left the pasta to continue cooking for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 15 minutes I added some shredded rotisserie chicken to the pot.
I stirred until all of the shredded chicken was coated in sauce.
Then I removed the pot from the heat and added some shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the pot.
I stirred just until the cheese was melted.
Then I dumped the pasta mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta.
Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked the pasta until it was bubbling and the cheese on top was just starting to brown.
I removed the dish from the oven and sprinkled some chopped green onions on top of the cheese.
I drizzled some ranch dressing over the green onions.
Then the creamy chicken pasta was ready to serve.

- Break apart the chunks of cream cheese as you stir.
- Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the penne noodles to the pot.
- Stir until all of the noodles are coated in sauce.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and leave the pasta to cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, add the shredded chicken to the pot.
- Stir until all of the chicken is coated in the sauce.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add the parmesan cheese and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese to the pot.
- Stir until the cheese is melted.
