To make this pasta recipe, I started by pouring some milk and water into a large pot on the stove over medium-high heat.

I added some condensed cream of chicken soup and a brick of cream cheese to the pot.

Then I added some Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the pot.

I stirred well.

Then I added some salt, pepper and garlic powder to the pot.

I stirred well again.

I broke up the chunks of cream cheese as I stirred.

Once the mixture started to boil, I added some uncooked penne noodles to the pot.

I stirred until all of the noodles were coated in the sauce.

Then I reduced the heat to medium-low.

I left the pasta to continue cooking for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 15 minutes I added some shredded rotisserie chicken to the pot.

I stirred until all of the shredded chicken was coated in sauce.

Then I removed the pot from the heat and added some shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the pot.

I stirred just until the cheese was melted.

Then I dumped the pasta mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta.

Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked the pasta until it was bubbling and the cheese on top was just starting to brown.

I removed the dish from the oven and sprinkled some chopped green onions on top of the cheese.

  7. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the penne noodles to the pot.
  8. Stir until all of the noodles are coated in sauce.
  9. Reduce the heat to medium-low and leave the pasta to cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
  10. After 15 minutes, add the shredded chicken to the pot.
  11. Stir until all of the chicken is coated in the sauce.
  12. Remove the pot from the heat and add the parmesan cheese and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese to the pot.
  13. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  14. Dump the pasta mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  15. Sprinkle the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta.
  16. Place the dish in the oven and bake until the pasta is bubbling and the cheese on top is just starting to brown around the edges. 20-25 minutes.
  17. Remove the pasta remove the oven and sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.
  18. Drizzle ranch dressing over the green onions.
