To make this casserole, I started by greasing a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well and setting it aside.

I cooked some egg noodles according to the package directions, finely diced some onions and flaked some canned tuna.

I dumped the cooked egg noodles, tuna, peas and diced onions into a large mixing bowl.

I stirred all of the ingredients together.

 

I poured some condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper and salt into a separate mixing bowl.

I stirred the ingredients together well.

Then I poured the soup mixture over the tuna and noodle mixture in the large bowl.

I also added some shredded cheddar to the bowl.

I stirred all of the ingredients together.

I transferred the mixture to the baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I sprinkled some shredded cheddar over top.

I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole until it was heated through and the potato chips were golden and crispy.
