Step by Step Instructions for Making Cajun Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread
STEP 1:
To make this loaded garlic bread, I started by pouring a jar of store bought roasted garlic alfredo sauce into a mixing bowl.
I added some Cajun seasoning to the bowl.
I whisked the alfredo sauce and Cajun seasoning together well.
STEP 2:
I split open a loaf of Italian bread spread with garlic butter and placed both halves on a baking sheet.
I used a store bought loaf that was already spread with garlic butter.
I spooned about half of the Cajun alfredo sauce over the garlic bread and spread it out evenly.
I set aside the remaining half of the alfredo sauce.
STEP 3:
I chopped a rotisserie chicken into bite sized chunks.
I placed the chunks of chicken on the garlic bread.
I sprinkled some sliced red onions on top of the chicken.
STEP 4:
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken and red onions.
I spooned the remaining Cajun alfredo sauce over the cheese.
STEP 5:
I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked the garlic bread until cheese was fully melted and starting to brown around the edges.
I removed the garlic bread from the oven and allowed it to rest for a couple minutes.
I sprinkled some fresh chopped parsley over the top.
Then the cheesy alfredo garlic bread was ready to slice and serve.
It’s a delicious, satisfying meal with a perfect balance of heat, creaminess, and texture.
The crunch of the toasted garlic bread provides a nice contrast to the rich creaminess of the alfredo sauce and the cheese.

How should I store Cajun Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread?
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat thoroughly before serving. I like to heat mine up in the air fryer!
What substitutions could I make?
- Rotisserie Chicken: If you don’t want to buy a pre cooked grocery store rotisserie chicken, any cooked and chopped chicken will do.
- Jarred Alfredo Sauce: You can make your own alfredo sauce if you prefer.
- Ready to Bake Italian Garlic Loaf: I like to buy my grocery stores pre garlic buttered Italian loaf to save time but you can buy any Italian loaf or French loaf and spread it with garlic butter yourself.
- Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese: Feel free to use your favourite blend of shredded cheeses for this recipe.
