  5. Add the minced garlic to the skillet, stir and cook for 1 minute.

  9. Bring to a boil and then immediately reduce the heat to medium-low. Leave to simmer, stirring frequently, until the cream starts to thicken. About 5 - 7 minutes.

  11. Add the cooked bacon to the skillet and stir well.
  12. Remove the skillet from the heat and added the parmesan. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  13. Top with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
