FAQS:

How should I store Cotton Candy Ice Cream Cake?

Store your ice cream cake in an airtight container in the freezer and consume within 2 weeks for optimal freshness.

Can I make this ahead?

You could prepare this ice cream cake up to a few days before your event and store it in an airtight container in the freezer. Wait to top with the cotton candy and sprinkles until right before serving.

Why should I put the cotton candy on top right before serving?

I placed the cotton candy on top of the cake right before serving because it will dissolve on top of the Cool Whip once it is placed in the freezer. It will still look and taste fine after freezing but won’t have the classic fluffy cotton candy look.
