To make this cheesy casserole, I started by dumping some heavy cream, condensed cheddar cheese soup, garlic puree, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper into a large mixing bowl.
I whisked the ingredients together until smooth.
Then I added some frozen tater tots to the bowl.
I stirred until all of the tater tots were coated in the sauce.
Then I added some shredded parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the bowl.
I stirred well again.
I dumped the tater tot mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Then I sprinkled some more shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole until it was bubbling and the cheese on top was starting to brown.
I removed the casserole from the oven and left it to sit for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
This cheesy tater tot casserole is sure to please the whole family.
