To make this dish, I started by slicing some smoked sausages and quartering some baby red potatoes.

I sprinkled Old Bay seasoning on top of the ingredients in the slow cooker.

I added water to the pot.

Then I placed the lid on the Crock Pot and cooked the ingredients on low for about four hours until the potatoes were tender.

I added some frozen shrimp to the pot.

I returned the lid to the pot and continued cooking until the shrimp were pink and cooked through.

Then I drained the liquid from the pot.

I mixed some melted butter and Old Bay seasoning together in glass measuring cup.

I poured the melted butter mixture over the ingredients in the Crock Pot and tossed so that all the ingredients were coated evenly.

I transferred everything to a serving platter and garnished it with fresh parsley.

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This Crock Pot Shrimp Boil:

  4. Add the frozen shrimp to the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Drain the liquid from the slow cooker.
  6. In a small bowl/ jug, mix the melted butter with 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning.
  7. Pour the seasoned butter over the shrimp, vegetables, and sausage in the slow cooker and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Place on a serving platter to serve.
  9. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  10. Garnish with parsley and lemons and serve hot with cocktail sauce, if desired.
