- ½ cup apple juice
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion powder

- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Step by Step Instructions for Making Crock Pot Sirloin Tip Roast
STEP 1:
To make this slow cooker sirloin tip roast, I started by placing some baby potatoes in the bottom of my 8 quart slow cooker.
I added some baby carrots to the pot.
STEP 2:
I added some sliced onions to the pot.
I sliced some butter into small squares and then dropped them over the onions.
STEP 3:
I placed my sirloin tip roast on top of the veggies in the Crock Pot.
STEP 4:
I poured some beef broth, apple juice, tomato paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt, pepper and cornstarch into a mixing bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together until well combined.
STEP 5:
I poured the mixture over the roast in the Crock Pot.
Then I placed the lid on the pot and set it to cook on LOW.
STEP 6:
I left the roast to slow cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Then I checked the roast to make sure it was fork tender.
STEP 7:
I shredded the roast in the pot and then stirred all the meat, veggies and sauce together.
I sprinkled some fresh chopped parsley on top.
Then the sirloin tip roast and veggies was ready to serve.

Instructions
- Spray the inside of a large Crock Pot with cooking spray.
- Add the baby potatoes, baby carrots and sliced onions to the pot.
- Drop the chunks of butter over the vegetables.
- Place the tip roast on top of the vegetables.
- Pour the beef broth, apple juice, tomato paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt, pepper and cornstarch into a mixing bowl. Whisk well.
- Pour the mixture over the roast in the Crock Pot.
- Place the lid on the pot and set it to cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours. (Cooking on LOW will produce a much more tender result.)
- After cooking, use two forks to shred the roast right in the Crock Pot.
- Stir together the shredded roast, vegetables and sauce.
- Top with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
