- 8 eggs, large
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 cup real bacon bits
- 6 English muffins
- 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Step by Step Instructions for Making English Muffin Breakfast Pizzas
STEP 1:
To make these English muffin pizzas, I started by cracking some eggs into a medium mixing bowl.
Then I added some heavy cream to the bowl.
STEP 2:
I whisked until the eggs were fully beaten.
Then I added some salt, pepper and onion powder to the bowl.
STEP 3:
I whisked well again.
I poured the egg mixture into a non stick skillet over medium heat.
STEP 4:
I used a spatula to gently push the eggs around as they cooked.
Once the eggs were no longer wet looking, I added some crumbled bacon to the pan.
STEP 5:
I stirred the bacon and eggs together well and then removed the pan from the heat.
Then I sliced six English muffins in half and lay them, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
STEP 6:
I spread all of the English muffins with a thin layer of Heinz chili sauce.
Then I spooned the bacon and egg mixture onto the English muffins.
STEP 7:
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.
Then I sprinkled some more crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
STEP 8:
I placed the pan in the oven and baked the breakfast pizzas until the cheese on top was completely melted.
Then I removed the pizzas from the oven and served immediately.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs, large
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 cup real bacon bits
- 6 English muffins
- 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Crack eggs into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the heavy cream to the bowl.
- Whisk until the eggs are fully beaten.
- Add the salt, pepper and onion powder to the bowl.
- Whisk well again.
- Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased non stick saute pan over medium heat.
- Gently push the eggs around as they cook.
- Once the eggs no longer look wet, add 1/2 cup of the bacon bits to the pan.
- Stir the bacon and eggs together well.
- Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
- Slice the English muffins in half and place them, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of chili sauce on each English muffin.
- Spoon the bacon and egg mixture onto the English muffins.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the egg.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of bacon bits on top of the cheese.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake the breakfast pizzas until the cheese on top is completely melted. 8-10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
