To make these ham and cheese crescents, I started by unrolling three tubes of Pillsbury crescent dough and dividing each tube into four rectangles of dough.
I placed two slices of American cheese on six of the rectangles of dough.
I sprinkled some chopped ham on top of the cheese.
I placed the remaining six rectangles of dough on top to form the hot pockets.
I used a fork to crimp the edges of the dough.
I placed the hot pockets on a baking sheet.
I baked the hot pockets until they were golden brown.
Then the cheesy ham crescents were ready to serve!

- 12 slices American cheese

How to Make Ham and Cheese Hot Pockets:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Roll out the tubes of crescent roll dough and divide each tube into 4 rectangles.
- Place 2 slices of cheese and about two slices worth of chopped ham on 6 of the rectangles.
- Top each prepped crescent rectangle with the remaining crescent roll pieces and use a fork to crimp the edges of each pocket.
